【摘要】:WithinthecontextoftheISO/IEEE11073familyofstandardsfordevicecommunication,thisstandardestablishesanormativedefinitionofthecommunicationbetweenindependentlivingactivityhubsandmanagers(e.g.,cellphones,personalcomputers,personalhealthappliances,andsettopboxes)inamannerthatenablesplug-and-playinteroperability.ItleveragesappropriateportionsofexistingstandardsincludingISO/IEEE11073terminologyandinformationmodels.Itspecifiestheuseofspecifictermcodes,formats,andbehaviorsintelehealthenvironmentsrestrictingambiguityinbaseframeworksinfavorofinteroperability.Thisstandarddefinesacommoncoreofcommunicationfunctionalityforindependentlivingactivityhubs.Inthiscontext,independentlivingactivityhubsaredefinedasdevicesthatcommunicatewithsimplesituationmonitors(binarysensors),normalizeinformationreceivedfromthesimpleenvironmentalmonitors,andprovidethisnormalizedinformationtooneormoremanagers.Thisinformationcanbeexamined(forexample)todeterminewhenaperson’sactivities/behaviorshavedeviatedsignificantlyfromwhatisnormalforthemsuchthatrelevantpartiescanbenotified.Independentlivingactivityhubswillnormalizeinformationfromthefollowingsimplesituationmonitors(binarysensors)fortheinitialreleaseoftheproposedstandard:fallsensor,motionsensor,doorsensor,bed/chairoccupancysensor,lightswitchsensor,smokesensor,(ambient)temperaturethresholdsensor,personalemergencyresponsesystem(PERS),andenuresissensor(bed-wetting).
