【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62282coversoperationalandenvironmentalaspectsofthestationaryfuelcellpowersystemsperformance.Thetestmethodsapplyasfollows:–poweroutputunderspecifiedoperatingandtransientconditions;–electricalandthermalefficiencyunderspecifiedoperatingconditions;–environmentalcharacteristics;forexample,gasemissions,noise,etc.underspecifiedoperatingandtransientconditions.CoverageforElectromagneticCompatibility(EMC)isnotprovidedinthispartofIEC62282.Fuelcellpowersystemsmayhavedifferentsubsystemsdependingupontypesoffuelcellandapplications,andtheyhavedifferentstreamsofmaterialandenergyintoandoutofthem.However,acommonsystemdiagramandboundaryhasbeendefinedforevaluationofthefuelcellpowersystem(seeFigure1).Thefollowingconditionsareconsideredinordertodeterminethetestboundaryofthefuelcellpowersystem.–Allenergyrecoverysystemsareincludedwithinthetestboundary.–Calculationoftheheatingvalueoftheinputfuel(suchasnaturalgas,propanegas,andpurehydrogengas,etc.)isbasedontheconditionsofthefuelattheboundaryofthefuelcellpowersystem.Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccountmechanical(shaft)powerormechanicalenergyinputsoroutputs.Mechanicalsystemsrequiredforfuelcelloperation(i.e.ventilationormicroturbinesorcompressors)willbeincludedinsidethetestboundary.Thedirectmeasurementofthesemechanicalsystemsinsidethetestboundaryisnotrequired;however,theireffectswillbeincludedinthefuelcellpowersystemoperation.Ifmechanical(shaft)powerandenergycrossthetestboundary,additionalmeasurementsandcalculationsarenecessary.
